Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan, put on fire to slow cooking, stirring constantly until boiling.
After 5 minutes of baking, turn again and allow to cool.

- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 50 cl of milk
- == 1 lemon (zest)
