Prepare the ' lemon sorbet (see recipe).
While the sorbet is in the freezer then freeze the cups you will use to present.
When serving, formed with the tool supplied, balls of sorbet and distribute them in icy cups.
Pour the sorbet a teaspoon of cherry syrup and garnish each cup with sour cherries in syrup.
Serve immediately.
