Instructions

Prepare the base of vanilla ice cream, according to the recipe.

Wash the raspberries and puree in a blender until they reduce them in cream.

Put into a bowl the cream, add a shot of raspberry syrup and sweetened to taste.

In the meantime you'll have to put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes, four big bowls to make them cool.

Drain the peaches from the liquid to conserve and cut fillets almonds.

Prepare so: put the cups on the bottom of each peach, two half-fill of ice cream and pour over the past of raspberries.

Garnish with chopped almonds and serve immediately.
