Lorena cups
Instructions
Thoroughly wash the grapes and blackberries and let them drain.
Open in half, lengthwise, each grape and asportatene any sow; cut the apricots in syrup into cubes.
Place all the prepared fruit in a bowl; mix and let it rest.
Reduce the almond flakes.
In another bowl beat the eggs with sugar; When they are swollen and creamy, add the liqueur.
Whip the cream.
Proceed now to the preparation of the cups: put first the fruit, then the two ice creams (which you can buy ready-made, or prepare at home).
Pour over the prepared cream ice cream and garnish cups with tufts of whipped cream and almond flakes.
Serve immediately.

- 6 apricots in syrup
- 50 g of peeled almonds
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 dram of apricot brandy
- 250 g of whipping cream
- 350 g of base cream ice cream (see recipe)
- 450 g of chocolate ice cream (see recipe)
