Mascarpone cup
Instructions
Crumble the biscuits in 4 dessert bowls and sprinkle them with a little brandy.
Mix the mascarpone with egg yolks and sugar, season with 1/2 glass of brandy and add the finely chopped almonds.
Divide the cream into bowls and sprinkle with cocoa.
