Chocolate Cups (Coppe al Cioccolato)
Instructions
Prepare the cream with egg, sugar and milk, add chocolate, mascarpone, crushed amaretti and liquor.
Put in individual cups, keep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, garnish with amaretti and serve four.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 25 cl of milk
- 150 g of grated chocolate
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 3 tablespoons of amaretto liqueur
