Cocktails for the holidays with the thermomix
Instructions
Add evaporate citrus (semi private): 5 seconds at turbo speed.
Add sugar, water, half bottle of Pinot, brandy and dry Martini: 10 seconds at speed 5.
Filters out everything and merge the remaining Pinot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 peeled mandarin
- 1 with orange peel
- 1/2 lemon
- 100 g of sugar
- 5 cl of brandy and dry martini
- 10 cl of water (or some ice cubes)
- 1 bottle of pinot cold sparkling wine
