Brandy Cocktails (Cocktail al Brandy)
Instructions
It is excellent as an aperitif, this cocktail, made with brandy and Red vermouth, is also particularly suitable for a party or an afternoon with friends.
You can serve it accompanied by olives or onions or other types of pickles to taste.
Put the ice cubes in the glass blender.
Join the angostura, brandy and vermouth, stir well and strain into a cocktail glass previously well chilled in the freezer.
To add a slice of lemon.
Served with olives or onions pickled mignon, strung over wooden skewers and placed in a saucer.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 2 cubes ice
- 2 drops of angostura
- 4 cl of brandy
- 2 cl of red vermouth
- 1 slice of lemon
- Some of olives (or pickled onions)
