Instructions
Make a paste rather consistent with the flour, the sugar, the egg, the egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a glass of wine and let it rest for at least half an hour.
Then pull a thin pastry.
With the notched wheel cut long strips about ten centimeters long and three, annodatele, without tightening too, as if they were ribbons.
Fry the chatter in abundant boiling oil and just removing them when they have a slightly golden color.
Drain, dry them on absorbent paper towels, sprinkle them with powdered sugar, gently place them on the serving dish and serve.
