Instructions

Put in the Sun for 20 days in a glass jar 1000 g pitted cherries with 800 g of sugar.

Do not seal the container because it can burst.

After 20 days pass with a strainer and add 1/2 l of alcohol.

The remaining cherries can be stored for the winter, adding a little sugar and alcohol.
