Instructions
Put in a saucepan the gorgonzola and the milk and melt at very low heat till a fluid cream (set with milk).
Drain the couscous you Meanwhile cooked and season it with pesto; put a bit of gorgonzola cream on the bottom of the dish and lay the cous cous. You can garnish with pine nuts and a few leaves of Basil. You can serve it with Zucchini then tossed in a pan with a bit of garlic.
