Soft macaroons
Instructions
Grind the mixer sugar with two types of almonds.
Whip egg whites the egg whites and add the powder that you got before.
Make small balls with a spoon; place them on a sheet of butcher paper and passed to the hot oven for a quarter of an hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 g of bitter almonds
- 150 g of sweet almonds
- 300 g of icing sugar
- 10 egg whites
