Cook broccoli and hot frullali to obtain a cream. Add eggs, parmesan and prosciutto. Prepare the dough, thin and lining-stendila on parchment paper-a mold of about 30 cm in diameter. Fill with the mixture and baked at 180° c for about 40 minutes.

  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 3/4 cup of oil to taste or olive seeds
  • For the filling:
  • 700 g of broccoli
  • 100 gr grated grana
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sliced ham
