Shrimp with tomatoes, peas and mayonnaise
Instructions
The day before you empty the tomatoes and cover them with salt for two hours. Flip them and store them in the refrigerator overnight so as to escape all the water. The next day, mix shrimp, peas and mayonnaise and fill the tomatoes: before you submit it, garnish as desired.
