Creamy ice cream with honey, walnuts and hazelnuts

Stir with a whisk to mao the mascarpone cheese with milk and cassonade, until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous preparation
If you have the ice cream maker proceed as do ice cream according to the instructions of your machine. Otherwise, pour the prepared cream in a metal container that you put in the freezer for about an hour. When the ice cream will start to freeze date a beautiful mixed and then freeze for another 3-4 hours.
Coarsely chopped walnuts and hazelnuts. Ice cream mix and stir vigorously and carefully to mix the ingredients. Then pour the caramel onto the surface to form a thin network.
When serving, with the special tool made of scoops and place in small cocotte or cups.

Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g mascarpone
- 25 cl of whole milk
- 150 g of cassonade (obtained from the sugar crystallize different syrups put together)
- 50 g Walnut kernels
