Instructions

3_07190 TUNA CURRY with ZUCCHINI INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g of fresh tuna, skinless 3 courgettes, 4 tablespoons of raisins, 2 tablespoons of curry powder, a box of ready-made béchamel, 200 g Basmati rice, 1/2 l of natural water, a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper cut the tuna into small cubes.

Wash the zucchini, spuntatele at the ends and cut into cubes.
