Instructions
In a pan pour-cold-meat slices and put onto the pickles, cut into small pieces.
Separately, in a bowl, prepare the lemon juice, oil, water and a little salt and mix everything.
Then, pour this mixture over the meat and cook just a minute.
Remove the slices of meat and pickles from the Pan, arranging them on a warm dish, letting the sauce, still in the pan on the fire, you restrict to one minute and more.
Then pour it over the meat and bring just the dish at the table.
This hasty second dish came recommended foreign guests after they had eaten a first strong as the pizzoccheri or taragna.
