Stuffed artichokes in pan
Instructions
Remove the plugs with artichokes, clean them and cut their top, the toughest outer leaves and the stems at the base.
With the knife to open the artichoke, creating a cavity inside.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Mix the breadcrumbs, pecorino cheese, anchovy, chopped garlic and parsley.
Then sprayed with oil.
Fill the artichokes and place next to each other in a pan with 2 glasses of water and a few drops of lemon.
Add more oil and cook on very low heat for about 30 minutes.
The Pan must be covered and you'll have to wait until the water has evaporated completely before you put the fire out.
Accomodate artichokes on serving dish and serve at the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 equal quite large artichokes
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 80 g of grated cheese with pepper
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 bunch of chopped parsley
- 1 salted anchovy fillet
- 2 cups of water
- Olive oil
- A few drops of lemon juice
