The persimmon liquor
Instructions
With a sharp knife remove the thin film of persimmons and remove the seeds.
Grind the sample the ripe pulp with a fork in 1 deep dish, removing any strands carefully.
Drizzle the pulp obtained with 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 cups of liquor, stir again and again, then pour the mixture into 1 cup of adequate size and place the covered container in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

- 7 ripe persimmons
- 2 cups of sweet yellow liqueur
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
