Fruit pudding
Instructions
Cut fruit into pieces small enough (after it has been cleaned or peeled, depending on the case) and let it boil for a few minutes in Apple juice, with a pinch of salt.
Then for each litre of Apple juice, add three spoons filled with agar agar flakes, stir well and pour the mixture into shot glasses and allow to cool; Garnish with toasted almonds or hazelnuts and chopped or coconut flour and serve cold these puddings in small glasses of ice cream paper (let sit for a few hours become more good).
