Spaghetti with spring onions
Instructions
SCALLION and chili SPAGHETTI 03290 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of spaghetti; 500 g of fresh spring onion finely sliced; 1/2 cup of olive oil; 5 cloves of chopped garlic; 1 fresh chili pepper, chopped; fresh oregano; 2 ripe tomatoes; 1/4 litre of broth; Salt; Basil; Wither in spring onion oil, garlic, chilli and oregano, if slightly saràappassito, combine chopped tomatoes, broth and salt.
Let Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Boil spaghetti in salted water, drain and toss with the sauce and chopped Basil.
