Instructions

TURKEY STEW 09598 ALLA SICILIANA INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g of inner thighs of Turkey, 1/2 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 glass of red wine, 1 tablespoon of flour, 100 g of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of capers, 2 tablespoons of green and black olives (sliced), 1 meat nut, 1 sprig of Rosemary, 1 dusting of pepper, 1 pinch of salt.

PROCEDURE cut the meat into cubes.

Peel the onion and garlic, and wash your hands with the sprig of Rosemary, dry and chop it with a knife or a Crescent.

Heat the oil in a casserole without smoking it.

Remove the lid, turn up the flame and let it consume for other 10 minutes (they should not be watery stew).

Serve immediately.
