Instructions

A06079 ROAST and vegetables SKEWERS for 2 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS 1 roasted leg, 1 red pepper, 1 leek, 200 g cheese, caciotta type 1 courgette, 1 tablespoon of mustard to the sauce, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 sprig of thyme, 1 sprig of parsley, 1 sprig of Rosemary, 40 g of extra virgin olive oil, a few drops of tabasco.

Wash the herbs and chop finely and put them in a bowl.

Diluted mustard with lemon juice and banging with the prongs of the fork, spoon three tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the chopped herbs.

Cut the roast into large thigh cubes and infilzateli on wooden skewers alternating with vegetables and cheese.

Pass the skewers in a hot oven or under the grill on hot iron plate.
