Instructions

2_09358 TAJINE with CHICKEN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A whole chicken already cleaned and split into pieces, 2 dl chicken stock, onion, 4 large tomatoes, red peppers, 2 4 cloves of garlic, a few tablespoons of olive oil, a sachet of Saffron, a sprig of fresh coriander, 1 teaspoon and 1/2 powdered ginger, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, salt, pepper.

Peel the garlic, onion and mince finely.

Peel the tomatoes, cut into wedges, remove their seeds and the vegetation water.

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, the inner pith, and cut them into strips.

Pour the particles embedded in a saucepan, heat it to moderate heat and melt with saffron.

In a pan with high edges heat oil, then bake the chicken pieces.

Add salt and pepper, then sprinkle with paprika and ginger.

Cooking ranges, then keep aside.

In the same Pan you make soffrriggere the chopped onion and garlic; Add the tomato wedges and peppers.

Let them jump for a few minutes.

Transfer the vegetables in a tajine.

Add the chicken and sprayed with hot broth.

Cover and put in the oven already warm 45 minutes at 175ø.

When cooked, remove the tajine from oven and let stand a few minutes.

remove the corperchio and add some corinadolo leaf.

Serve with couscous, rice or bread.
