Apricots in syrup (3)
Instructions
Use of sound apricots and not too mature.
Wash and dry; Peel and cut them in half by eliminating the crux.
Pour into a pot 200 cl of water and sugar, place on a medium flame and then forming a syrup.
Place the apricots in the pots with the empty part upwards, without leaving empty spaces and pour over warm syrup.
Close and boil the jars in a pot full of water for about half an hour, with inframezzandoli rags for them not to bump.
Keep for a month.
