Instructions

2_09348 CHICKEN FRICASSEE with TARRAGON INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 chicken breasts, 4 sprigs of tarragon, onion, beans, 200 g 150 g broccoli, florets 3 tablespoons Creme Fraiche, 8 g butter, salt, pepper.

Wash the tarragon and tamponatelo with kitchen paper.

Cut the chicken breasts into strips not too thin.
