Bag of cod with mint

3_07132 CARTOCCIO MINT COD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 pieces of cod fillet, green lemon, a sprig of fresh mint, 30 cl of fresh cream, a pinch of paprika, 4 tablespoons olive oil, salt.
Brush with olive oil 4 sheets of parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 210° wash the mint leaves, tamponatele with paper towels and chop.
Grate the lemon rind.
In a small bowl mix the cream with mint and lemon zest.
Pour a little olive oil, add salt and add the paprika; stir carefully.
Place on each sheet of paper a slice of merlucco, pour over the cream flavoured prepared, then close the wrappers.
Put the wrappers on a plate and bake 18 minutes.
When cooked, remove from oven, let stand a few minutes and then serve.
