Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 450 g fillets of cod, a bunch of parsley, 4 sprigs of chervil, 45 g of starch, onion, 100 g cooked steamed green beans, 3 tbsp of curry paste, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, an egg, 1/2 cucumber, 4 tbsp tomato pulp, olive oil.

Coarsely chopped fish fillets and place in mixing bowl of a food processor.

Add potato starch, soy sauce, lightly beaten egg, curry paste and onion peeled.

Velpcemente chop until obtaining a homogeneous compound.

Pour the mixture into a bowl.

Cut the green beans into small pieces and add them to the mixture.

Wash the herbs, tamponatele with paper towels and chop finely.

Then to the mixture and stir mixing well ingredients.

With wet hands, check out little by little spoonfuls of minced fish and formed the meatballs.

Pour the oil in a frying pan and Cook: soak up the meatballs and FRY for 5 minutes, so they are well browned.

Drain with a slotted spoon and place on a sheet of absorbent paper.

In a bowl pour the tomato pulp, salt and stir.

Then add cubes of cucumber.

Serve the meatballs with the sauce and cod.
