Instructions

13252 CROQUETTE POTATOES INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 800 g of potatoes, 100 g shelled unsalted peanuts, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon chopped chives, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons cream, 100 g grated emmental cheese, a large onion, 2 cloves do garlic, nutmeg, kernels of nuts, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Peel and wash the potatoes, Cook for 25 minutes in salted boiling water.

When cooked, raccoglietele with a slotted spoon and mash with a fork.

In a pan, lightly toasted peanuts.

Keep aside two tablespoons of chopped peanuts and the rest with half of the emmental.

Peel and finely chop the onion and the garlic cloves.
