Cheese ravioli with courgettes and prawns

2_03878 CHEESE RAVIOLI with ZUCCHINI and shrimp INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of ready-made cheese ravioli, 250 g shrimp tails already cleaned, courgette, 5 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 red pepper, a few leaves of fresh basil, salt, pepper.
Cook in salted water the ravioli, then, when cooked, drain.
Wash and check the zucchini, then cut it into cubes.
In a pan heat the oil fairy, then let them cook for a few minutes the zucchini cubes.
As they become slightly browned, add the Prawn tails and fresh basil, washed previously.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir thoroughly and cook another 5 minutes.
Pour over ravioli and mix the ingredients well.
Served warm with a sprinkling of black pepper.
