Sardinian salad in vinaigrette

Sardines washed under running water, then clean: remove their head, open them in half and remove the bones. Place in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with a little olive oil, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and sprinkle with parsley previously washed and finely chopped. Bake and cook 5 minutes. Cook the gnocchi in salted water; drain thoroughly and place in a glass bowl, decorate with a little olive oil, stir and keep aside. Wash the carrots, raschiatela well and cut into sticks. Carefully wash the lettuce leaves and cut into strips. One minute the tomatoes blanched in boiling water, drain it with a skimmer, shave it and cut the flesh into cubes. Distributed all the vegetables in the bowl with the gnocchi, sprayed with oil and season with salt. Stir, then place the sardines on lettuce and sprayed with their cooking juice. Serve immediately.
