Gratin of vegetables and herbs

10151 VEGETABLE GRATIN with HERBS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of ripe tomatoes and fleshy, a bunch of spring onions, 2 red peppers, 150 g Gruyere cheese, 3 eggs, a pack of skimmed milk, black olives, herbs (oregano, Basil), salt, oil.
Roasted Peppers in PROCESS oven, Peel and slice them.
Cut the spring onions into thin slices and saute it, focusing in a little oil.
Add the tomatoes and cut into slices, peppers, flavored with salt and herbs.
Sauté everything for a few minutes then remove from heat.
Beat the eggs, add the milk, the grated cheese and stir the mixture to sautéed vegetables.
Pour it all into a baking dish from oven and adorned with olives.
Cook in the oven, previously heated, for about 30 minutes.
