Instructions

PIZZA PUGLIESE 10074 INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 80 g of grated pecorino cheese, 2 onions, 4 tablespoons olive oil 5 tablespoons peeled tomato pureeing, 1 handful of olives; 480 g flour, 20 g yeast, 1/2 glass of milk, salt.

PROCEDURE prepare the dough.

Dilute the yeast in a little warm water.

Work the flour to obtain a homogeneous and soft dough, adding flour if necessary, or lukewarm water.
