07051 SQUID STUFFED with INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE, 2 1 kg fresh calamari, 100 g cheese, 3 cloves of garlic, 30 g butter, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 handful of parsley, 1 glass of dry white wine, 100 g of cream, salt, pepper.
Clean the squid: separate the tentacles from the heads, removed the black bags and pens.
Wash in running water and remove, by hand, the reddish membrane that covers them, then dry them.
Put into the glass of the Braun Multipratic stand, the tentacles of squid, a sprig of parsley and garlic peeled.
You run for a few seconds, then add salt and continue to operate until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

Prepare the sauce: place the parsley, wine, cream, salt and pepper in Multipratic stand and operate for a few seconds until obtaining a homogeneous compound.
In a saucepan, heat the butter and oil and fry the squid stuffed with turning them until they gently.
Before browned add the sauce.
Cook, covered container, for about 15 minutes, possibly longer, with a little water.
