Instructions
INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of chopped beef, 80 g of olive oil 2 onions, half a carrot, garlic, juniper berries, 4 some speck of green pepper, 50 ml of tomato sauce, 75 ml full-bodied red wine, salt, pepper.
PROCEEDINGS put together the oil with the onion, garlic, chopped carrot and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the meat, red wine, juniper berries, green pepper, salt and pepper, Cook for 6 minutes.
Add the tomato and cook for about 30 minutes.
Arrange on a serving platter and serve.
