Meatballs with salad
Instructions
06478 MEATBALLS with SALAD INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 400 g of veal, 400 g of pork, 200 g of bread crumbs, 2 eggs, 50 g of pecorino cheese, flour, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Minced meat PROCESS and mix it with the eggs, bread crumbs, grated pecorino, finely chopped parsley and a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
Knead the dough well, then breakdown the aim in many large meatballs that pass in the flour.
Fry the Meatballs in a pan with plenty of oil.
Colatele on a piece of paper towel and serve with salad.
