Instructions

04803 LUKEWARM SOUP of LEGUMES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 100 g borlotti, a stick of celery, 2 carrots, 2 Zucchini, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tomatoes, 100 g green beans, 200 g beets, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, chili, 2 sprigs of Rosemary, 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.

Clean the vegetables, shelled beans in a bowl, remove the lateral filaments to celery, cut the leaves without them, split it to tocchettini.

Check carrots, carrots, wash them, cut them into rings.

Check the courgettes, wash them, cut them into chunks.

Peel the garlic and tritatelo.

Season with pepper, stir and let cool.

Spread the prepared dishes and serve dusted with cheese and add remaining oil.
