Instructions

COLD CREAM 04763 CUCUMBERS and AVOCADO INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of cucumbers not too large, an avocado, lemon juice, onion, a clove of garlic, a sprig of mint, a sprig of parsley, 2, 5 dl of milk, 2 dl thick cream or creme fraiche, olive oil, 125 g of sliced ham, salt and pepper.
