04422 GUAZZETTO ALLA MARINARA INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1 kg mixed seafood: moromora, poor cod, under, scampi, 8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, chopped parsley, one tablespoon of vinegar, chili pepper (optional) salt.
Clean PROCEDURE and wash the fish.
Bring to a boil in a pan two or three glasses of water with oil, garlic, parsley, vinegar, chili and salt.
Put the fish and, after about 10 minutes of cooking, remove the chili, add salt and serve.
