Broad beans with mussels and cockles

04224 BEANS with mussels and COCKLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 package of frozen beans, 500 g 250 g mussels, cockles, 2 onions, parsley, oil, salt and pepper.
Open the mussels and cockles steam, lava flows the stock and remove the shells of mussels.
Saute chopped onion in a little oil, add the beans and pour the broth and water to cover.
With and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Add the mussels and cockles, sprinkled with chopped parsley, salt and cook some more.
