Rice with chicken, broccoli and cashews

02466 RICE with CHICKEN, BROCCOLI and cashews for 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS: 250 g Basmati rice, 50 g of cashew nuts, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 600 g chicken breast, sliced 4 cloves of garlic, 400 g of broccoli florets, 40 cl chicken broth, 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons liquid honey, the juice of 1 lemon, grated lemon zest, salt, pepper.
Wash the rice thoroughly under running water.
Place it in a pan covered with water, add a pinch of salt and cook fresh focus, until the water has completely dried.
Then keep aside.
Flame roasted the cashews in a pan with non-stick coating.
In a wok, heat the oil and sauté the chicken over high heat for 5 minutes.
Then place the pieces of chicken on a plate lined with paper towels.
Always in the wok you blast for 5 minutes the florets of broccoli and the cloves of garlic crushed previously and continue to stir.
Pour the potato starch in chicken broth and stir carefully.
Then pour everything into the wok, add the chicken, rice, juice and lemon rind.
Aggiunstate salt and pepper and finish cooking over high heat 5 minutes, stirring.
Place in individual dishes, add the cashews and serve piping hot.
