Instructions

02338 COLD RICE with MANDARIN ORANGE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g Vialone Nano, Clementine 2, 150 g cooked ham in one slice, 2 drops of tabasco, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika spicy, pickled cucumbers, 2 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, olive oil, salt.

Put into a bowl the Clementine, peeled and diced, cooked ham and cucumbers, diced or cut into strips; Add the tabasco sauce, curry, paprika, salt and mayonnaise.

Cook the rice in salted water, drained al dente and add to the ingredients in the mixing bowl, season with oil.

Served cold.
