Pudding with onions, mushrooms and sausage

01680 PUDDING with onions, mushrooms and SAUSAGE INGREDIENTS for 8 PERSONS 4 small frankfurters 100 g spring onions, 100 g mushrooms, 125 g flour, 3 eggs, 300 g milk, Rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper Preheat oven to 180° Clean mushrooms by removing the earthy parts and cut them into cubes along with the sausage.
Place in a bowl and add the whole onions, seasoned with a spoon of oil and a pinch of salt.
Spread the mixture into 4 ramekins and bake for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, break the eggs into a large bowl and mount them with the electric mixer.
Season with a pinch of salt, and stir the sifted flour and milk gradually, continuing to beat until the mixture is fluffy.
Apart from coarsely chopped Rosemary.
Remove the ramekins from the oven and pour the dough leaving a 2 cm border.
Sprinkle with the chopped Rosemary and put in oven at 200° for about 20 minutes.
When they are well browned, remove them from the oven and serve immediately.
