Avocado and anchovy salad

00499 AVOCADO and ANCHOVY SALAD INGREDIENTS 1 small avocado 4 PEOPLE, 1 head of lettuce, 1 stalk of celery, 1 tin of anchovies in oil, 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 tablespoon of cognac, 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt and pepper.
Clean and wash PROCEDURE salad, drain and keep aside.
Clean the celery and cut it very fine, cut the avocado dice, chopped anchovies and mince the tender part of the salad.
Mix all ingredients decorate with sauce and fill the remaining salad leaves and salted previously.
The sauce: mix the mayonnaise with ketchup, mustard, cognac and then season with salt and pepper.
