Pasta with mushrooms and bacon

00341 SHEETS with mushrooms and SPECK Preparation 25 minutes Cooking 30 minute Fix INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 1 roll of puff pastry, 4 slices of speck, 400 g of mixed mushrooms (Chanterelle, porcini, Cervantes), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley, salt.
Roll out the dough and paper moulds 4 small pastries, leaving you under a piece of paper that wraps the pastry or using a piece of parchment paper.
Cover with another piece of parchment paper and lay down in the Middle a smaller stencil or a fistful of dried vegetables.
Cook in the oven already warm in 200° for 15 minutes, then remove the paper and beans and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the oil with the minced garlic in the Pan and browned before that, join the mushrooms clean and possibly cut into pieces.
Let Cook on high flame for 7 or 8 minutes, or until the mushroom water will be evaporated.
Add parsley and salt and let cool.
A slice of speck in every tartelletta and fill with mushrooms.
