Pears baked with cream of coffee

20455 PEARS COOKED coffee CREAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 large pears, a glass of milk, 100 g of sugar, water, a tablespoon of instant coffee, a tablespoon of cornstarch, 2 egg yolks, a lemon, a glass of rum.
Peel the pears and place them in a bowl of water covering them with half the sugar and lemon juice.
Cook until they are tender.
Separately, in a saucepan heat the milk with coffee and sugar.
In the glass of rum, add egg yolks, mix well and add to the saucepan of milk.
Mix a bit of cooking pears juice with cornstarch and add it also.
The cream needs to become more dense.
Add a little cooking water of pears, place them in a circle, in a dish and cover with the cream.
