Melon roasted with vanilla ice cream
Instructions
20281 MELON ROASTED with VANILLA ICE CREAM 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS a melon from approximately 800 g, 2 tablespoons sugar, 200 ml of ice cream mozzarella, 1 sprig of mint, 4 candied cherries.
Wash and dry PROCESS the melon and cut the two cups of fruit.
Remove the seeds with a spoon.
Divide the central part of the melon into 4 slices about 1, 5 cm.
Heat the oven to 180° Line a baking dish with a sheet of baking paper.
Lean slices of cantaloupe, sprinkle the slices with sugar and Bake 10 minutes until slightly caramelized sugar.
Wash and dry with kitchen paper mint leaves; remove from the oven, melon slices and place on a serving dish.
Arrange in the center of each a scoop of ice cream.
Melon slices decorated with candied cicliegine and mint leaves.
Serve immediately.
