Grilled oranges with pistachios
Instructions
Peel an orange, eliminates the inner white part, cut the Peel into strips and tuffatele in boiling water for 2 m.
In a small frying pan melt the sugar with 2 tablespoons of aranciae, not just begins to simmer the strips and cinnamon to taste; caramelize for 2 or 3 m.
Cover with the liqueur and continue cooking until completely evaporating.
Coarsely chopped pistachios.
Wash and cut the other 4 oranges slices and brush with melted butter, then cook 2 minutes grilling per side (if you don't have a grill place orange slices in a pan and doratele a minute per side).
Place the orange slices on a serving platter, put the caramelized rind, chopped pistachios and serve.
