Cherries with chocolate cream

20319 CHERRIES with CHOCOLATE CREAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 250 g dark chocolate, 100 ml (1/2 cup) whipping cream, 100 g of cherries, 50 g butter, 50 g sugar, 1 cup of cognac, 2 eggs, butter biscuits. PROCESS Heat the cream, remove from heat and add the chocolate and the butter in pieces. Worked just enough to get a cream finish, when is warm add the egg yolks and stir the whipped egg whites. Put it in the refrigerator to cool. Pitted cherries and cook with a glass of water, sugar and cognac. Drain and divide them into bowls then cover with the chocolate cream.
