Instructions

2_20173 and SPARKLING FRUIT SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 slices of pineapple, 1 PEAR, 1 rennet Apple, 4 plums, 1 bunch of grapes, 2 tablespoons kirsch, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 l of sparkling wine, sugar.

Cut the pineapple into pieces and mix it with the PEAR, Apple, plums and grapes all peeled, deseeded and cut into regular pieces; Sprinkle with sugar and sprinkled with kirsch and the lemon juice.
